Pricing questions
Credits are a single shared wallet across modules. Each metered action consumes a fixed number — a WhatsApp conversation is 2, an AI generation is 5, an SES email is 1. Your plan includes a monthly free credit grant; duration packs add bonus credits; add-ons extend specific capacities.
Only CRM and Task Management are seat-metered, and each plan tier includes a seat allotment (3 / 10 / 30 for CRM). Add seats in packs of 5 or 10. HRMS is metered per managed employee; the communication modules are credit-metered; field modules use monthly quotas.
