06.Intellectual Property

All software, branding, logos, designs, and content associated with Dolfin360 remain the property of Dolfin360 or its licensors. Users retain ownership of their own content.

07.Subscription and Payments

Where applicable:

• Fees are charged according to selected plans.
• Payments are non-refundable unless required by law.
• Subscription plans may automatically renew unless canceled.
• Users are responsible for maintaining valid payment methods.

08.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dolfin360 shall not be liable for:

• Lost profits
• Lost business opportunities
• Data loss
• Service interruptions
• Third-party platform outages
• API restrictions imposed by social media providers

09.Disclaimer

Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific business outcomes.

10.Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if a user:

• Violates these terms
• Engages in unlawful activity
• Threatens platform security
• Misuses integrated services

11.Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of India.

12.Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
